Anything that is Microsoft 1st party hardware or any software that we publish [including 360 games] shows up there with a pretty hefty discount (average 360 game: $25.)

But to buy hardware or software you need to be an MS employee. To receive hw or software, you'd need to find an employee willing to gift it to you 🙂

One thing you could do is head over there, look at the prices of stuff, and figure out if you want something from there or not. Anyone is allowed to walk into the store, although you cannot go over to the "employees only" side. I beleive i remember seeing 360 wireless adapters over there, and most Xbox peripherals are very cheap w.r.t. retail prices. 360 units are the same cost, but controllers, cables, etc are much cheaper.
