It seems like it is a little more prone to causing Pneumonia and sinus problems (the wife got Pneumonia and a fairly nasty double ear infection) But.... all in all it doesn't seem all that bad.

Just monitor people that are "high" risk for major complications and everything should be fine. The vaccinations are a waste of time/money IMO. It's just going to change and come back again anyway.
