i'm looking to get permanent trim installed around the exterior doors, possibly some insulation and sheetrock in the garage, and a small hole needs patching before i do any painting. i've tried calling a few people that were recommended by my realtor and insurance agent, but no one is returning my calls; i'm getting very frustrated.

there are a couple of people on craigslist that i will be calling tomorrow evening, if i don't get some names and numbers from you guys. if you're interested in looking at the trim in need of replacement, my address is 1046 oak place, in west fargo

actually, the color scheme was somewhat similar to 1018, painted with mainly fall and winter colors.

i imagine that most people are buying and selling to get the rebate. at this point, we're all pretty content with the place, but i'm looking to sell because i have found that there are several excellent places coming available with all of the rush. i found a couple of 4 bedroom with 2-3 bath places that are in my price range, perfect!

it has nothing to do with that, but the realtor that will be helping me to sell my house has been selling/buying in this area for somewhere around 20 years. furthermore, when i was shopping for the house that i own now, she and i looked at many different places with various strong and weak points. there were 4 (maybe 5?) places we visited that were excellent choices... except for something that would have involved a significant repair in the near future, or increased the cost of ownership in the long run. these major items were things that i would not have understood without someone who knows the business and buildings.

nick and i are in a similar boat; my mother has been working in real-estate since i was in elementary school, so i asked for her assistance in determining who would be the most likely to offer the best guidance in the purchase of a new home (based on a variety of factors). having met most of the realtors that bring her business, in the end, pat (i felt) offered the best combination of knowledge and experience with an enjoyable persona.

Oh yeah, wasn't trying to make you switch or anything, just saying haha. I completely understand.
