<p dir="auto">I see what you are saying, but people that would be interested in the NT05R, would be looking for more contact patch vs. how a drag radial will do in adverse (see: not drag strip racing) conditions.  If a particular customer likes to drive on the street with drag radials, then they would be wise to look at the 555R's.  From a business standpoint, I can only imagine Nitto as a company would laugh at someone that would bring up "it would suck in the rain"  I think the design of the NT05R is more concerned with created a better Drag Radial for the drag strip, than a Street/Drag Radial...especially when they already have that in the 555R, which continues to add more sizes.</p>
