Now the "Present" that our government is going to give me BACK is going to get my car looking like it should.

So what i am wondering is what the charge will be for pretty much the whole works. Interior, Exterior.

Also, is it even a good idea to do it in the middle of winter, or should i wait? Obviously interior isn't so bad, but exterior may be a different story?
