The gas and diesel trucks roll of the same sarmbly line and its probably easier to bolt in a V8 diesel and gas motor on the same assembly line.</p>

<p dir="auto">I guess my whole point was that if the big inline diesel's work so well in the industrial trucks/equipment. Why make a v8 over a scaled down inline?</p>

Ford shoulda kept the old girl and just updated the injection/turbo on it instead of making the 6.0 and 6.4.</p>
