Ok, I can't put this seriously any more simply. Look at the text box that you type in, it has the grey square around it that encloses the functions and the smilies. Go DIRECTLY below that, BETWEEN the "Post Icons" and the text box...theres a rectangular white box same size as the "post icons"...it's in the same spot for replying as well as sending a new one.
