I had a pair of UR20s that sounded fantastic and lasted me like 6 years of tough use. Now I've got a pair of UR29s and they sound even better. If you're a hardcore audiophile they won't sound as good as something like Sennheiser, but for the price (under $40) I don't think you can beat them.

Both are excellent, I personally like the Sennheisers better, but there is nothing wrong w/ Beats.

If you are looking for over the ear, I found some nice sony one in my garage I'll sell ya for 20 bucks. Great bass response and I think I paid like 40 or 50 for them. I'll get the model number later. They do have a LONG ass cord on them I believe its 9 ft.
