It's suppose to help spoolup. I think it's got the lowest cSt number available.

edit I just checked, Amzoil is 7.6 cSt, the dexron VI I'm using is 6.0, Schaefers is 7.0 and the Redline Lightweight is 4.9.

There's an Amsoil dealer in West Fargo that doesn't gouge like Berg's does.
