I have mentioned this a few times, but after installing a few and testing it, I am comfortable pushing this product to the masses. This system is available for all cars, with or without an existing Compustar Remote Start system already installed. Blackberry, Android OS, and iPhone/iTouch phones will have an actual app for this product, however if you do not have one of these phones, you can bookmark the web page on your phone and access it using the web. Speaking of web, you can also start the vehicle from your home computer/work computer, as the program is available online. There is no longer a worry of range, if you are at a computer, or in cell phone service, you are in range to: start/stop/lock/unlock/panic/track/check battery voltage/interior temperature of the vehicle. Some features require the premium plan.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

If you already have a Compustar Remote Start, this add on module is $350 installed. If you currently do not have a remote start in your vehicle, it costs $600 installed. With the $600, you receive the Drone system, as well as a 500' range remote for your key chain (in the event you don't have your phone, phone isn't charged, or want quick access to enter the vehicle).

Drone does require an ANNUAL (not monthly) fee of 29.99 for the basic plan (start/stop/lock/unlock/panic/truck/auxiliary functions...(Panic/Truck/Auxiliary Features are not necessary included in all installations with additional charge, however start/stop/lock/unlock are)

If you want the ability to have the Drone give you: Maintenance Reminder, Geofence Violation, Curfew Violation, Points of Interest, Engine On/Off, Emergency Tracking, these features require no additional installation charges, however the ANNUAL fee is $119.99 vs. $29.99.
