No e-start. The blower uses a levered-roller to engage the impeller -- the blower control isn't up on the handles like on newer machines.
I'll try and snap some pics this weekend. Were you wanting it sooner than that?

Motor ran great when pulled (started on 1-2 pulls no matter how cold), but it's been sitting on it's side for awhile now. I don't see why it wouldn't still run, however. It was pulled apart because there was noise coming from the gearing system that he just wound up not fixing...bought a newer bobcat instead. I'm sure he'd sell the whole shibang for like $50. If interested, you can get my number out of my civic's classified ad.

How good of a deal do you want?

I've got a 26 or 28" 2 stage blower.... it's all there -- levers, controls, impeller, one new tire... everything is there except the motor. And separately, I bought a used 5-7hp (don't remember) gas motor with side-exit shaft. I've gotten as far as figuring out the geometry of the belt routing and where the engine has to go to clear the aiming chute controls. Also got new pulley parts for the engine from Fleet Farm, but haven't tacked them together.

You'd basically need to fabricate an engine mount, mount the pulley, get the drive clutch configured, and you'd have a all heavy-gauge steel, heavy duty, 2 stage unit with a good sized engine. It'd be at least a $750 machine new. The blower unit I guess is a retired NDSU unit from a long time ago...

Engine runs great and I can demo it to you no problem.

I'd like $100 for the whole affair. Wife made me buy a new machine this winter since I didn't get around to puttnig this one together before winter hit. Now it's just taking up space, and I have a lot less free time than I used to.
