I don't usually waste my money on the regular theater, but I have been impressed with this guy's work, and Black Swan raises the ante.</p>
<p dir="auto">The common way to describe what happens to the main character (Nina, played by Natalie Portman) is to say that she's "crazy".  That doesn't properly encompass everything that happens to her.  It's far more complex.</p>
<p dir="auto">If you've seen Fight Club, you may see some parallels between these films, but there isn't much.  The story is perfectly linear, so it's pretty easy to follow.</p>
<p dir="auto">On a scale of 0-100, I think this film is no less than 97.</p>
