I have been trying to brainstorm what kind of industries/ businesses would use minivans, or a large or small sedan commercially. I have a few others already, but id like to get some ideas from you guys. Also, if anyone can give me a hot lead, I will definitly make it worth your while.

You might be correct that no hotels in this area might only buy one vehicle per year, but isn't one vehicle better than none? Tharldson's & Arneson's are a huge factor in the area in regards to hotel companies. You might not see them purchase vehicles directly for the hotel but does not mean other aspects of their business does not need them.

Try Laneys. But its probably going to be a hard sell on hondas to commercial applications that are going to be using them for work. I can only see hotels or schools and such buying foriegn products, even though they are manufactured here, trying telling some ppl that, (i am sure u are aware) lol.
If Dodge is perfectly ok with you try:

Rick Electric (Denny Rick)
Red River Electric (Unsure of who to contact there)
CS Dubois
Ulteig
IdeaOne
Cableone
Midco
Protection Systems
Sanford Health (Denny Sanford is owner, not sure who their fleet manager is though)

Basically any electrical contractor, general contractor, engineer, sales firm, etc... may be a good lead. You could always try multiband, Marco, Network Center, Network Center Inc, and a whole host of other IT companies as well.

Hotels could be a source as well as schools/colleges.
