I had to run down to .022" on 35psi and 8000rpm to get my car not to blow the spark out.   But, until you are running that much boost and stuff, keep it at around .028".</p>

On my integra on pump gas and low boost I run .028-.030 and on race gas and 30+ psi I run .025.</p>
