I just picked up an Accord yesterday for a daily driver, but the cruise control doesn't work. The previous owner said it works occasionally, and he's taken in to the dealer to look at it, but hasn't been able to resolve the issue.

I'm assuming its electrical, and if you know me, I stay away from that stuff like the plague. Any advice would be appreciatted. Maybe I just buy an aftermarket one and just use that...

Thanks
Brett

I get it to work everytime if I hit the horn hard...then it works fine! I assume a ground in the streering wheel is messed up. Try that?

Whalaaa! Issue fixed.

Sorry, I have no idea what the prob could be. Does it have a seperate ecu for the cruise that has a diagnostic on it?

If it's an electrical issue I could look into it if I could find wiring diagrams for it. Chances are a shop is going to charge for any and all diagnostic time on this if there isn't a TSB out on it.
