<![CDATA[Who's joined the service?]]>Talked to the recruiter today. We've been talking for awhile now but we finally met today and had supper and talked about what woul happen basically. Just curious as to if any of you are enlisted or going to soon. What motivates you to do it? Im considering going full time into the Army if that matters.

In the six years I have been in, I have a TON of cool training, a Top Secret Security clearance, free Associates and Bachelors degrees (Now working on Graduate degree). I got to travel all the way to Minot, ND from Myrtle Beach, SC OUCH!. Overall, my experience has been good. Due to the nature of my career field, I don't deploy though. You will do that in the Army and most likely you will be in the middle of everything. Not saying I wouldn't do it, but it is nice to know I am coming home every night to see my daughter.
