Exactly. I can understand the law for minors because they obviously shouldnt make alot of choices on their own at that age. But for adults this law is just complete BS. The only reason they have it is for the states benefit. $20 in their pocket everytime they get someone, and the only reason they care about saving lives is so they can tax their money before they get it and then when they spend.
Fucking government is so fucked up, there are good things about it also, but some things are just such bs.

However, I wear mine everywhere.

A friend of mine rolled a car in bismarck and was ejected from the vehicle. The vehicle hit a tree about 8 feet high in the air crushing the vehicle before it came back down. They said if he had been wearing his seatbelt he would have more than likely died due to being crushed by the tree.

Seatbelts IMHO are a 50/50 deal. Sometimes they're great, sometimes they're not so great. However I feel much safer w/ an 8pt rollbar and a 5 pt harness than I do w/ just a regular seatbelt and no cage.

The second time a state trooper pulled me over specifically for that and said next time I get pulled over I will get cited for it. As for the seatbelt law that is because seat belts save lives. I don't think wearing a seatbelt should be optional. If they're uncomfortable there are certainly ways to make it more comfortable.

I have seen many cases where there is no plate on the front. For example, I had a 2002 Nissan Frontier CC, I had dealer plates on the front for a long time, and just my regular plates on the back, never got pulled over, never got warned, never got a ticket for it, and as far as I know and knew, you do only have to have one on the back. My buddies dad has a F-150, and he has had a dealer plate on the front for like 3 years. Some other poeple I know have had like a counrty flag and some other logo crap on it. I don't think they even pull most over for it, just the riced out nerds with a huge body kit and no front plate, is going to get noticed, and they hate those cars, so they might try to get you for it. So if that is the law to have one, they don't enforce it, unless you grab their attention, or your speeding, or doing something else to get pulled over, and their like hey, I think I will tack that on as well. I signed up.

39-04-11. Display of number plates and tabs. Except as otherwise specifically provided, a person may not operate or drive a vehicle on the public highways of this state unless
the vehicle has a distinctive number assigned to it by the department, and two number plates, bearing the distinctive number conspicuously displayed, horizontally and in an upright position, one on the front and one on the rear of the vehicle, each securely fastened, except number plates assigned to a motorcycle, trailer, or housetrailer must be attached to the rear thereof. When only one number plate is furnished for an apportioned vehicle licensed under the international registration plan as authorized in section 39-19-04, truck tractor, or semitrailer, the plate must be attached to the front of the apportioned vehicle or truck tractor and the rear of the semitrailer. The bottom of each number plate must be at a height of not less than twelve inches [30.48 centimeters] above the level surface upon which the vehicle stands. Each plate must be mounted in a manner that does not cover any words, letter, or number on the plate. As far as is reasonably possible, the plates must at all times be kept free and clear of mud, ice, or snow so as to be clearly visible and all number plates, markers, or evidence of registration or licensing except for the current year must be removed from the vehicle. All vehicle license plates issued by the department continue to be the property of the state of North Dakota for the period for which the plates are valid. An annual registration tab or sticker for the current registration year must be displayed on each number plate, in the area designated by the department for the tab or sticker, in those years for which tabs or stickers are issued in lieu of number plates.
