Anyone know anything about this? I have the form and am planning on going to the track the 21st, do you think if both parents signed it I wouldnt need to have it notorized?

It's a little hard to have your parents come when your from j-town.

Then i got to the track and they started changing their mind on me, then i had to tell them who i talked to on the phone that said it was cool for me to race and they finally let me go race. So I'd definately get that notorized just to be safe.
