That is the law, bottle has to be closed, but can be in and hooked up. I have asked a few cops and nitrous dealers.

I have never seen any of them that talk about nitrous.

*I also beieve you have to have the floor pan supports installed... probalby get away without them if you don't go to the track or get pulled over, but if you're inspected you're screwed. Too many people losing their floor pans when the stock mounts fail I guess.

Otherwise, should be good to go!
