Well I want this car done by monday. No matter what, it is leaving the garage monday. The tranny is pulled and everything is ready to go together, just waiting on parts. I don't need the exhaust manifold gasket right away, just the intake one and a clutch alignment tool. Now if I knew I would f'n with this car for 3 weeks, I wouldn't have accepted it. I do a engine swap in 2 days, not a month. Waste of space. I got my f'n fiero to finish.

do you need the exhuast manifold and gasket or just the gasket? I have both if you need one ASAP.

I don't know what happened but, I think its wrong to accuse people for things you can't prove they did. Just going by what someone else says is stupid. I say if you don't have any proof, don't point the finger at him. People have stuff stolen all the time, I can't tell you how many times I have been suspected of stealing people's crap.

People get stuff stolen all the in this area, what to know how to keep all your nice toys?

#1 Stickers are bad, its like putting up a billboard saying jack my stuff, trust me I know.

#2 Don't show it off to everyone in sight, I knew a guy a few years back, that just had a $5000 stereo put in his car, he was so overwhelmed that he had to show it to everyone, guess what, 1 week later it was all jacked out of his car.

#3 If you go out banging your stereo all the time, all someone has to do who is fallowing you is write down your license plate and they can find out where you live, tuner cars are a big problem, because people know you guys ahve money into those cars and they are a easy target.

#4 Over the years I have noticed over 75% of people will sink a huge amount of money in there car and never install a alarm. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid. WHen I am going to mod a car, I buy a alarm first. I particularly like the compustar 2 way ones.

I know what I am talking about, I have had my stuff stolen and I have actually stolen people's stuff, but that was over 5 years ago, and I got caught later. I used to know a guy who used to do it for his job, he'd watch for nice cars with nice stuff and plan his attack on the cars. He was unbeliveable, I built my alarm with his help, tell he couldn't get by it. Don't worry, he is serving a coupla years in prision now though.

So stop acusing people unless you have proof, anyone could have stolen your stuff. If you suspect someone, don't tell anyone or say anything to the person, fallow then and watch them, 60% of the morons who steal stuff try using it in there own car. Keep records of what you own, along with pictures and serial numbers. I have tracked stuff stolen of mine down the same way.

Any of this make sense? It should.

ha ha. I find it funny that you and dusty came to my house to look at my turbo and for some reason I find my window busted out a week later. oh and by the way, next time you shouldnt rush so much. You didnt have to cut the wires on my AFC. It has a harness about 2 feet from where you cut it.

I'll tell you what, it wasn't fun getting the engine out, and I stripped it down to the block, I am not looking forward to putting in a complete engine though. I had to ripe the driver side suspension apart to give the drive shaft some room to moveto I could tilt the tranny at the sky. Well at least I don't have to make it run. Hope to have the new engine in withint he next few days if they bring me the parts tonight.
