<![CDATA[Haha silly police man...]]>Well... I got a ticket yesterday for 20 over, in a 30mph... doh! I didn't think I was going that fast but heres the funny part that the police man said:

"You were accelerating so fast that I had a hard time keeping up with the laser, planning on slowing down anytime soon?"

I won't bitch, I was speeding, yes it sucks, and yes it was in minnesota, and yes I'm going to deal with it...

ANYTHING can be traced, it just depends on how in depth they decide to search, and if they do it themselves or have a 3rd party do it (state farm has a 3rd party look into it, at least they did with mine).

I was also told recently by my manager that supposedly in MN it is now against the "rules" or whatever to ask for proof on insurance? I dont see how that makes any sense but just wondering if anyone else has heard that.

weird...cause ive gotten one in minnesota and he specifically knocked it down to a 65 in a 55 so it wouldnt show on my record and the one i got in devils lake was 0 points which means its not on my record either

MN changed the law acouple years back so that counties can set ticket prices it's not up to the state anymore thats why they went up so much, my 9mph over cost me more then my 28 mph in ND just doesn't add up I think

got me too, near devils lake hi-po, cost me under 30 and he scratched my car, if I see him agian I'm gonna make sure to complain. I sent something in before and no answer. It's also on my record.
