Ive always been there, other than when I CALL AHEAD OF TIME! basically, because i called in sick for 3 days (not in a row of course) i got fired...i can see it from the boss's point of view as in maybe he sees a non-consistant employee, but ive always done what i can while im there and i dont feel that someone being sick or somthing is justification for laying them off. but in the end its the boss's decision and i have to respect it for what it is, no matter how fair or unfair it is...sorry for the long post, but i just got the call like 10 min. ago and had to vent. talk to ya all later.</p>
