<p dir="auto">construction business. doing TILE LABOR, company i work for needs a HELPER. u have to have a drivers liscence and your own car. but will most of the time ride with someone else or use company vehicle.<br />
job duties. carry tile, mix mud, hang duroc (similar to sheetrock), snap chalk lines and DO WHAT THE SETTER ASK YOU TO DO!<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v651/camzaro28/rant.gif" alt="legacy image" class=" img-fluid img-markdown" />  that is basically why i am posting this thread. my boss wont fire this guy till he finds a new person.<br />

without experience i am gonna say @7an hour the first pay period. then if u are good worker and TRY  or act like u want to learn they should give u 8$. 9$ shouldnt be hard within the first 2 months if u listen and do what ur told<br />
being a hlper is all about ANTICIPATION. if u think ahead of what the setter is gonna need, u will get paid what ur worth. all depends on ur atitude<br />
