The body work isnt all that hard. there's alot of info out there to help you. you just have to apply yourself and you cannot lose patience. spraying takes some skill......some body shops will spray your car for a lower price than the whole job.

I guessing labor is pretty closely priced between shops unless it's a specialty shop like aurora or odden's.
