Check some GP sites and see if there are some howtos available.  If it's like alot of GM cars you can probably take the front struts off, bring them to a shop to have them swap springs while you do the rears.  When you're done with the rears, go back to the shop and get your struts.  Then of course you should probably get an alignment.</p>
