<![CDATA[Driving a lowered car in winter]]>I lowered my car over the summer and at first was going to buy a winter beater to get around. But I decided that my car has so much rust on it, that its not really worth storing and its practically a beater already.

My question is this, to those that drive their lowered car in winter, how many inches off the ground is your front lip and tell me your thoughts/stories/etc. Does it suck that badly?

I've driven right through snow banks built across streets that made snow pile up between the engine and the radiator. It can happen to any sport compact car. It largely depends on the driver and the tires.

Pleanty of room my car's a lot lower and RWD mid engine try driving shit like that in the winter needless to say i was extra carefull on icy days
