Yes, that is the car.

It's Schmitz, and yes, he is the one who's stereo shop is located in Schmitz Optical in Holiday Mall (Knu Koncepts). All items he orders are either B-Stock or trans-shipped meaning you get ZERO support from the manufacturer if the stuff fucks up. He posts on here every now and again under the name 600HPSedan even though his "race car" does not have a motor and he is severely in debt to the state due to internet fraud charges. He is also the guy that booked Andy from Andy's dynotune for devils run but forgot to tell that to the host of the show (Stan) so therefore had no place for Andy to set up and run his dyno....and he didn't have the money to cover the guarantee that Andy requires to show up (I did hear that Mikes grandma paid the guarantee w/ a check, but I don't know how that all turned out). I should also mention that Andy came from Rapid City the night/morning before just to make it for this show. I feel like I owe Andy an apology since I told Mike about his mobile dyno. I feel like I owe Mike a kick in the nuts cuz he really fucked someone over. Basically, I can't think of enough nice things to say about Mike.

As far as I know he hasn't seen any stress cracks yet, but its just a matter of time, especially since he's not using any of the stock dashes structural support but is instead using MDF and other wood (common on pure show cars, not so good real world).

BTW, to get back on topic, that dash piece that you made looks nice and should be just fine for daily use. Nice work, can't wait to see it finished.

Rostam or simhigh or beef or about 30 other nicknames and yeah I'd be money on it that Chuck is correct the only reason show cars with full fiberglass dashes stay nice for years is they are trailed, but I do think it will last longer with the matting Jon used. Also I think i said it once already but yeah i think the insert you are making should be fine like I said the dash will absorb it being the real dash is still there.

Yes he is but not cause of the dash he's a nice guy but he went and got a cheap piece of crap generic monitor form Mike Schmidt in Devils Lake and the monitor burnt out.... they can't find another screen besides that one that will fit in that hole so yep he's either gonna have to replace monitors every 2-3 months with the same piece of shit or get a good one pay some $$$$$ for it and have it last....

Schmidt's shit is what I've heard his business called I've talked to him and it's all crap equipment like back in my day Kranko was if I remember right he even has that rockerford knock off crap... you know the one that even came up with a name close to rockford
