That is the DR-1000 T3/T4 turbo kit from Dynamic Racing.</p>
<p dir="auto">That car was built by Matt Monnett from Dynamic Racing for Nelson Bernadine.  Matt personally took a trip from New Mexico to New York to dyno tune it and take it down the drag strip.  It now holds the U.S. 3000gt/Stealth record in the 1/4.</p>
