My question was aimed at Instigator since he was the last one who posted.. saying kinds shouldn't be allowed to drive until they are 17.
I was 14 when I got my license. 'course I was a farm girl... farm kids really do have a reason to get their license younger so they can help out. In Fargo, though.. there isn't really a good reason to have your license at 14/15.

lets see....16 years ago....ummm....30 minus 16 equals....14! I was 14. Though I don't think I'd let my kid drive at 14 in Fargo. Maybe 16. Harvey is a much smaller town with much slower traffic and no stop lights/one ways/etc... I would let my kid (if I had one) get his permit at that 14/15 though, then I'd probably teach him to drive late at night for the first few times and then slowly work him into weekend days on 13th Ave.

I say make the kids have their permit until they are 17, then get a limited license until they turn 18. There are too damn many young kids on the road. Just my .02.

NOT BONDO. and i suggest cooling down before the license is gone. My buddy lost his when he was 16 for a year. He totally regrets it and said doing what you do to loose it is not worth it at all. If you wanna go fast go out in the middle of now where and fuck around wehre cops cant hide if they are out there or else take it to the track and you can go as fast as you want LEGALLY. good luck

It is alright condition Im doing my body work this week (rust getting covered up) I have a shift kit in it so I can get the wheels to squawk into 2nd gear it is pretty fun. But still old stuff is expensive exspecially on a 15 year old income its all good though
