We're at the point where we want to pull the crank out.  But this is blocking us from pulling it out.  I believe its the oil pump gear.  How do we get it off so we can take off the endcap and lift the crank out?</p>

<p dir="auto">there should be some 10mm bolts across the front, remove those then you may have to pry a lil to get it off of there</p>

But I would say look around it and see if there are any set screws or pins of any sort, something hidden and if not check to see if it looks like it was a pressure fit on the shaft and try a gear puller.  That would be my guess here.  but yeah, hopefully someone else has a better idea or has worked on that engine before.</p>
