<![CDATA[LAN party season up and running]]>sorry for the short notice this week... but i need to know which night will work better for anyone interested: friday or saturday?
nathan has friday off, so hopefully more people will be able to play friday when the system admin is around 😉 in case of problems
please reply to this thread.
right now, we have battlefield 1942 (all expansions) and enemy territory on every machine. if you have requests, pm me and i'll see what i can do, though i can't promise anything for this weekend.
we also have age of empires 2 and empire earth, working on getting a few more people proficient with homeworld (myself included), and building up a larger base of game options; however, the highlight is definitely going to be et and bf1942, due to the distinct teams and constant action.
hope to see a few of you interested, we've got a maximum capacity of 12 guests, unless someone can bring an additional switch (or router?).
best thing about et, is that we have a stats program so we can make a season out of this, look at what was produced last year (intermittent usage)

gaming usually starts 7-10pm, depending on how long it takes for people to show up and get stuff installed (assuming new machines). of course, we play until enthusiasm dwindles, somewhere in the 3-4am ballpark.

i haven't played socom, i don't intend to. come up with all the excuses that you want for why i don't play console fps's; plain and simple, i like them about as much as i like street racing syndicate
