In the first picture, lights are scattered everywhere, on coming traffic will be blinded. Are these TYC projectors? Mine are made from TYC, and there is a clear cut off point. Try reaiming your housing, or it could be your bulbs, so you might wanna check it out before you get pulled over, or cause an major....

Theres a bunch of writeups on how to do this...
