I have been beating on it for hours and it wont budge, i have beat on the nut on the front, and i have even beat on the back of it with a sledge hammer. It seems it is almost welded to the axle. Any suggestions or help, i have soaked the shit out of it with penetrating lube. I know there are a lot of dsmer's on here so i figured someone could help me out. Thanks in advance

I had the same problem on many 2g's so take my word and get a puller

You'll probably have to pull the whole spindle off of the car and have the axle pressed out. Or if you can find the special tool made for doing axles, use that. It is sort of like a pulley puller, but it bolts onto 3 of the wheel studs, and then has the bolt thing in the middle and it will turn in to push the axle out. After all of this, don't be surprised if you need a new wheel bearing.
