After figuring out my igntion problem it started right up and ran great. I went out a couple hours later to go take it for a drive and it starts but only runs really rough for a few seconds then dies, like it's missing or something, it also backfired twice. Pull each plug out, and start the car, hold the plug up against the block and see if it sparks.  Be careful however, since it will hurt if you shock yourself.  Also, is it throwing any codes?  If so, you need to get a code reader and pull the codes.  Start there, and let us know.</p>
