I would ask those guys.  Both are a great choice.</p>

<p dir="auto">Guys on my side of the fence have had good luck with both (however Bilstein never made an adjustable for us and has since discontinued production for us all together)</p>

Its comin from Dinan which is a BMW tuner.  They have different Stage sets.</p>
