Cuz the judge may think 205 may be a little extreme. Especially since he's doing his research; getting the bike dyno'd and what not.. but ya; I doubt he'll go scott-free.

They owner of the bike went to a dyno jet in White Bear Lake, because he believes his bike is not capable of reaching 205mph. The dyno came out at 150mph max without any resistence, the bike is a Honda(not sure what, but could be a CBR). Right now he's fighting the case, but state patrols are sticking to their story. They clocked him by counting mile markers in a helicopter. The rider won't tell how fast he was going, he said, "he wasn't sure."

Most guys will go 9.9s-10.0s.

But Suzuki's you can do a lot more stuff to them which is very nice also
