I didnt read the article at all but I know that was the rumor before. I have messed around with Linspire and it was ok but nothing special. Hopefully they have the wireless issues fixed cause I took it off my computer cause you couldnt use wireless networking easily...</p>

I'm postive best buy will have some incrediblely low priced ones as well...</p>

My guess is that walmart is going to use the item as a "Loss-leader" and sell the item below their cost with the hope &amp; expectation that people will spend their money on other items in the store so that they may recoup their initial loss with the sale of software and supplemental hardware.   Almost all mass retailers use this technique, including grocery stores, as a way to get people in the door.</p>
