The fee was like $35, and hes got 1 more basic and one more premium to sell.

If it is someone playing a joke, thats one hell of a fee. But a lot of bidders on these 10K+ auctions are fake, people who sign up just to bid. One guy even won a auction with the name "fakeXbox360bidder".
