bitch is, you can't tell people to click on the ads. We're using the same thing....essentially need to "sneak" that into conversation somewhere. After we set it up on our site, we posted something telling people about the ads and telling them to click on one once and a while.....within a couple days google had contacted us about removing that post from the message board.

They're not bad if you talk the members into clicking there once ever week or so....with 200 members you'll probably make a hundred dollars every few months.....I think we're somewhere close to the "cash out" $100 mark with only maybe 20 members real active...
