But with the prelude being electronic and all I think the only way is to deal with it, I know Mine is a little off also but I really don'y pay any attenton to it. Right from the factory they can be roughly 1-5mph off so it's not too big a deal.</p>

<p dir="auto">On some vehicles. I don't believe it is eaily done on a Honda. But I'm not sure so don't quote me.</p>

<p dir="auto">Well, do you have the right size on there or what? You don't have to change them but you should be aware of what you have on there. But if the size is different than whats suppose to be on there, the amount of speed you speedo is off will vary as well (depending on speed). It may be off by 5mph at 60 like you stated. But, that will increase the faster you go and decrease the slower you go. So at 70 you may actually be going 78mph and so on. Not to mention that your odometer will not register the correct amount of miles as a result. Which in the short term may not be very much. but in the long haul, it will add up.</p>

That's not too common of a size so the size on there may be different than that because the price might have dictated a cheaper size that was CLOSE to what was on there. But if it is a different size, the speedo will be off.</p>

Also I was speeding at least 10+ on my speedometer on interstate once and flew by some cops and didn't get pulled over, so either I was just really lucky or it is somewhat off. I dunno just wondering if there is a way to fix it or not.</p>
