My guess is somehow water got in the door, got between the two wires to the speaker and shorted out the inside of the radio. I cant think of any other reason why all 4 speakers would stop at the same time after going through the car wash. The radio still turns on and the display isnt fucked up at all or anything. Any body got any ideas?

Everyone thinks it would be at the speaker end, not the player end, right?

It could have a premium sound system in it and there may be a factory seperate amplifier which may have a seperate fuse that may be blown. But without no vehicle and option info, there is no way to even delve any further into it diagnostic wise.

Check to see if you have a shorted out wire or if one of the speakers are shorted out/blown.
