Wasn't Hayley going to lower it? If so, then just wait and align it after that.

IT's true, I've seen them. I use to work at Jiffy lube next door, So I would see them do the occasional "Tire test" or "spin" around the block. If you go in the back ally, you can see plenty of tire marks back there, and they aren't all from employee cars either.

That was a while ago however, but I do remember your yellow Evo being there once.

Did you go back and explain it to them that they didn't clean the wheel out before balancing?

Good customer service especially; there was one guy who always remembered me, and was real friendly.

Just be sure that your clear of what you want to have done before you have it done. 99% of the time, good communication between the customer and the shop solves the problem before it ever happens.

No, but I do live in Fergus. It pains me to hear people stab a place because of one bad experience. I do see your complaint and it is a legitimate one. Did you go back and explain it to them that they didn't clean the wheel out before balancing? I know that if there's an issue with the workmanship here, we take care of it right away which is why I initially took offense to your post. I hurts every Tires plus's name when one is blamed for wrong doing.
