To get the manifold on he cut out 3 small areas on the flange and I think it is leaking at one of the cut outs. Also the intake air control valve is not pluged in(there is no plug for it),he has some sort of valve bolted to the fuel rail that went from his IM - valve(it has a broken end for a hose) - pcv then it was just hanging there. There is no check engine light so I would just switch back to the stock manifold and see if that fix's the vacume leak. anyone have suggestions?

I took mine off and when it is cold it idles high until it warms up. And when I first stop at stop signs or lights it idle high for a little bit, then drops really low.

Anyway, as to your question, check the idle control valve. I don't know what they call it in hondars, but there will be a valve that controls the idle.
