And the subs always cut out and sometimes stay off completely until i hit a bump or turn sharp. I have checked every wire running in between the subs and the amp and still cant find a loose wire.  Anyone that knows anything about audio PLEASE HELP!  I just got these subs and its starting to piss me off that i cant even listen to them.</p>

<p dir="auto">but check the RCA's and Remote turnon wire anyways...im sure your ground is bad.</p>

If the answer is yes, then the problem either lies in the input or output signals of the amplifier.  Since you've already eliminated a wiring problem between the amp and the subs, its possible that the wiring issue is either in the sub box itself or in the RCA cables leading to the amplifier.</p>

Have you verified that the amp is staying on during this time?  If so, it is probably a bad connection to the RCA Cables, if not, its probably a grounding issue.  There is always the possibility that the amp has developed an intermittent problem (solder joint came loose on PCB or even a jumper wire is loose).</p>
<p dir="auto">Another possibility (if the amp loses power) is that the remote turnon wire is losing connection somewhere.  Were the wires soldered or just crimped?  If they were crimped I would cut the crimp connector out and solder it the wires together (behind the deck or any spot where crimps were used).</p>
