There is not that much traffic from 10:00pm-2:30am when they are doing the checkpoints.

If your drunk they have toe-trucks sitting there waiting, and you spend the night in jail.

I was in a parking lot talk'n to a friend when I saw two cops pull into a disclosed location; one car, one on a bike and than I saw the car hit it's cop lights for a brief second as a passing cop car drove by and than he drove away... Didn't know what the hell they had planned.
