<![CDATA[Pitted emblem]]>I finally took the time to hand wash my car this weekend. In the process I noticed my Mazda emblem is pitted but none of the others are. Any guesses on what caused it and what I can do to prevent it on the others? I realize they're just cheap plastic but...

My "flying M" in the front has just one pit in it and it's dead center of the grill. The Mazda6 on the back is a two piece deal, it's the generic Mazda plate and then a 6. It's only the Mazda portion that is pitted like this, the 6 is perfect. That's why I can't figure out what caused it on just one emblem.
