It has a slanted top.    1' 4" up and down in the front. and 11" in the rear.  The box is 1' 4 3/4" wide side to side. front to back it is 1' 4  1/2" .  not good with math but i believe thats 368.5 cu. in.  I dont know though im in consumer math.  sorry</p>
