<![CDATA[Ricer cruise gathering spot]]>Being as it seems like every place chosen in Fargo winds up getting the police called to tell us we are loitering and have to leave, PLUS the fact that the construction in Fargo is up the butt, i was going to see what everyone thought about using the Moorhead Center Mall parking ramp as a meetup spot? It's closed by the time we meet and nobody ever uses the top of the ramp anyways so we'd be out of sight basically. Comments?

That'd make most reasonable sense if you already have all the people you want to hang out with, but in "ricer meet-ups" for all those rolling around town may not know if there is a serious meet up or not. Being given on a main road, gives them a chance to see this and pull in. Just my .02..
As for meet up places, have you guys been kicked out of the Mall Parking lot/Acros 13th @ near Taco Bell?? If a cop came you could just say your eating TB and friend are waiting 4 u 2 finish and so forth 😉
