my new phone did comes with a usb cable but when i plug my phone in the install wizard says i need to load some software which didnt come w/ the new phone</p>
<p dir="auto">so would someone please shed some light on this subject on how to get pictures and videos to my computer? im assuming i have to buy something</p>
<p dir="auto">any help would be great<br />
p.s. i am somewhat a computer idiot so small words please</p>
