When they got to the car after the weekend, they said the tire/rim on the grand prix was bent amd the tire was ripped. they tried to fight it, basically they called my parents liars.

There is no POSSIBLE way my father could have damaged it. When we looked at it, there was a 3 inch hole in the side of the tire with a giant gash in the rim. There is no way the car would have been in drivable condition, it would have to have been towed to the location. Not to mention, the rim would have been chewed to hell if he had driven it there, which it wasn't.

Anyways, they ended up chargin $467 dollars for 1 RIM, plus another $88 for the tire.

My father isn't very good with stuff like this so he is leaving it up to me. I have a fair amount of experience with shady companies and customer service.

They havn't charged our CC yet. My mother works in disputes at a bank, she's very good at dealing with them. They said they took pictures of the ri/tire and sent them to their claims department. They havn't shown us the pictures, but my father did see the rim/tire. The rims has about a 6 mm divit in it with a 3 inche slash on the tire. My father didn't run over anything the whole time. The damage that was done to the car is very extensive. You would really have to smack a crub to rip the tire like that.
